I cant sleep ytd, so i turn on the tv and watch cold case. the show reallyaffected me deeply. it's abt these teenage girls who get themselves pregnant in the 1960s and were sent to ths plan called the st mary cos they were considered "bad girls". after giving birth, their child will be put up for adoption. some of them din really bother till when they gave birth, they realise tt they love their child so much and they dun waan part with their child. the main character said this " she's mine, my little shineshine, no one can chenge tje fact tt i am her mother, dun take my sunshine away". i mean often protect their their child so much till they forget abt themselves. rmb when i was in primary school and got bullied, these bunch of girls threw my colour pencils and stationaries away but i dare not tell my mother, so my mum scolded me everyday cos she tot i lose my staionaries again. till one day i went home crying and passed her this bag of soaked pe attire ( ttis girls threw it in the toilet bowl). My mum brought me to school and told the teacher what happened. she said " she's my child, and i'll protect her, if anything shld happen to her, i'll hold you responsilble" thinkinig back. i felt really bad cos sometimes i talked back to my mum esp when she needed help when im extremely busy... we've got so many heroes, and often we wonder who are the heroes we really admire, for me, it will be our mothers. they are the greatest heroes who are willing to sacrifice for they child. i guess it's more than what women can expect to be a mother.
